Fraud and Ethics Working Group 

The MBA Fraud and Ethics Working Group provides a venue where MBA members can exchange information about how mortgage fraud is affecting their businesses, and share best practices for detecting, preventing and combating mortgage fraud. The Working Group also strives to set ethical standards for MBA's members to incorporate in their daily business activities.

The Fraud and Ethics Working Group reports to the Quality Assurance Leadership Subcommittee.
